Faulty Goods

  • Covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). We will repair, replace, or refund if items are faulty.
  • You must provide evidence (photos/video) and give us a reasonable time to remedy.

Change of Mind

  • Due to the seasonal nature of our products, change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed.
  • At our discretion, we may accept returns within 7 days of delivery, if items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • You are responsible for return shipping and may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Wrong Item Received

  • Contact us within 7 days.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item or refund.

Returns Process

  • All returns must be approved in advance with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
  • We will provide the returns address in West Auckland once approved.
  • Unauthorised returns may be refused.
