Returns & Refunds
Faulty Goods
- Covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). We will repair, replace, or refund if items are faulty.
- You must provide evidence (photos/video) and give us a reasonable time to remedy.
Change of Mind
- Due to the seasonal nature of our products, change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed.
- At our discretion, we may accept returns within 7 days of delivery, if items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping and may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Wrong Item Received
- Contact us within 7 days.
- We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item or refund.
Returns Process
- All returns must be approved in advance with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
- We will provide the returns address in West Auckland once approved.
- Unauthorised returns may be refused.
