Nationwide Delivery

• We deliver New Zealand-wide only, via NZ Post or our courier partners.
• Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery target: 4–7 working days (rural may take longer).
• Delivery dates are estimates only; delays can occur due to NZ Post operational issues, weather, or peak season.
• We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Tracking & Proof of Delivery

• Tracking details are provided with every order.
• Once NZ Post marks a parcel as delivered, risk transfers to you.
• Claims of “non-delivery” after tracking shows delivered may be declined unless you provide evidence.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

• Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos of packaging and product.
• If an item is declared lost by NZ Post, we will replace or refund.
• Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers may incur re-delivery charges.
